I suppose it is that time where I’m tired of the current look of the site and I want to change it a bit. This is my first attempt at creating a WordPress theme from scratch, so bare with me.

Just from experience I have noticed a lot of family and friends that do things that I know I can be done easier and better by just doing them in a different application. It’s not that I’m more elite or whatever than them, it’s just that I work with technology all day long and through colleagues of mine I have learned how to do things easier and better. So here it is, a short list of a few things that can revolutionize the way that you do things.

2 usefull wordpress plugins
March 7th, 2009Here are 2 plugins I highly recommend if you have problems with what email address your wordpress installation uses and if you use google analytics.
Wp From
This plugin will change the from field that email is sent from when people register or anything and it sends out email. Otherwise it might send out emails as some generic account from your hosting.

Wp Analytics
This plugin will allow you to easily just copy and paste the google analytics code into a textbox so you don’t have to edit the source for your wordpress theme.
